I’m thrilled to finally be launching my website and hope it gives you a good idea about me and what I can do for business.

Work commitments and the small bundle of joy that entered my life in october last year have delayed my site going live, but no more excuses as it’s here at last.

Anyway, back to work and I have to say I am looking forward to meeting new clients as well as rekindling some previous client relationships. Over the years I’ve gained some fantastic experiences, added alot to my skill set and met some brilliant people.

Zapa Sunshades sources and distributes handmade Balinese umbrellas for both retail and wholesale. The company was born from the popular demand of the parasols originally displayed in the owners renowned boutique shop located in the heart of Marbella on Spain’s southern coast.

Obelisk International started as a property investment company and whilst I worked with them grew to a group of companies including Obelisk Investment Property, Obelisk Interiors, Obelisk Private Finance, Obelisk Absolute Guide Series, Obelisk Media and Obelisk Careers.

I worked with Obelisk in the capacity of Marketing Manager where I was responsible for a team of copywriters, researchers, graphic and web designers to produce all offline and online company promotions and marketing material. As chief editor, I ensured quality control for all marketing material across the 5 companies of the group. I managed and contributed to the production of a quarterly magazine, a 220 page book – The Absolute Guide to Worldwide Property Investment – and 30 country investment reports. I coordinated all new project launches, which included the production of brochures, videos, email communications and project promotions. I managed relations with Obelisk’s PR Company, edited and produced press releases and editorial features and liaised with all incoming PR enquiries.

As a primarily online business, I produced and edited content for SEO purposes as well as managed numerous corporate and project specific websites from conception, content production and editing to the final site.

Brainstorming marketing ideas, strategic planning and their implementation included the creation and ongoing development of various websites and programmes such as a client referral scheme and partnership programme.

Livingstone Estates is a real estate company specialising in the sale and rental of Spanish property on the Costa del Sol. In the capacity of Marketing Manager, I undertook a variety of work tasks under three key areas; web development and SEO, lead generation and marketing, content and content management system.

I made various changes to the website in order to reduce the bounce rate, draw on the company’s key USPs and increase direct lead generation. I implemented a blog site both for SEO purposes and credibility. I managed the email communications to the internal database and liaised and negotiated with external lead companies, analysing lead data.

In addition, I managed the content management system for the company website, maintaining and updating content and property information.

The BRIC Group is a wealth management company specialising in property investments within the BRIC emerging markets. For their Brazil investment, I worked with them to produce an investment memorandum.
